Terms of Service

AI Archive lets you back up your photos as compact archive copies and restore them to full resolution on demand. Features, storage limits, and restore allowances depend on your plan.

You sign in with Google and are responsible for activity that happens under your account. Keep your sign-in secure, and let us know promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

You retain all rights to the photos you upload. You confirm that you have the right to store them, and you grant us the limited permission needed to host, compress, and restore them so we can provide the service. We do not claim ownership of your photos and do not use them for advertising or to train models.

Do not use AI Archive to store or share unlawful content, to infringe others’ rights, or to attempt to disrupt or abuse the service. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis through Stripe. Your subscription renews automatically until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from your account, and your archive remains accessible through the end of the paid period.

Uploaded originals are retained for a short verification window (about 7 days) and then purged, leaving the compact archive copy. Restores are subject to the monthly allowance included with your plan. Archive copies persist while your account is active.

You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. Deleting your account permanently removes your photos and cannot be undone. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or to comply with the law.

The service is provided “as is.” While we take great care to protect your archive, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. To the fullest extent permitted by law, AI Archive is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. We strongly recommend keeping your own copies of irreplaceable photos.

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use of the service means you accept the updated terms.
